Zampost and Smart Zambia Institute signed a
Service Level Agreement (SLA) on 3rd November, 2022. The main objective is to establish and implement
Digital Transformation Centres (DTCs) in all Post Offices thereby bringing
Government Services closer to the Citizens,"BOMA PA FUPI".
